Submission Requirements

• Title: Maximum 250 characters including spaces.
• Abstract Body: 250-300 words with Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
• Authorship: Names, affiliations for all authors, and Email for corresponding author.
• Keywords: 3-5 relevant keywords describing your research.
• Language: English only.

 Submission Deadline: September 1, 2026

Ethical Requirements

• All submissions must represent original, unpublished or recently published work
• Proper citation of previous work is mandatory
• Studies involving human/animal subjects require ethics approval statements
• Conflict of interest disclosures must be included

Review Process

• All submissions will be reviewed by AAGB2026 committee
• Notification within 4-6 weeks of submission
• Evaluation based on scientific merit, originality, and relevance

Presentation Requirements

• At least one author must register and present the work
• Presenters must be available during assigned session times
• Electronic materials should be tested in advance
