Poster Specifications

• Dimensions: A0 portrait format (841mm × 1189mm).
• File Format: PDF (recommended) or high-quality JPEG/PNG.
• Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI for printed versions.
• Content: Title, Authors and Affiliations, Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion.
• Language: English only

 Poster Submission Deadline: August 1, 2026

Ethical Requirements

• All submissions must represent original, unpublished or recently published work
• Proper citation of previous work is mandatory
• Studies involving human/animal subjects require ethics approval statements
• Conflict of interest disclosures must be included

Review Process

• All submissions will be reviewed by AAGB2026 committee
• Notification within 4-6 weeks of submission
• Evaluation based on scientific merit, originality, and relevance

Presentation Requirements

• At least one author must register and present the work
• Presenters must be available during assigned session times
• Electronic materials should be tested in advance
